Use of Our Website You may use our website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:
Use the website for any unlawful purpose or submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or introduce malicious software.
Attempt to purchase products using fraudulent payment methods.
Copy, reproduce, or commercially exploit website content without written permission.
We reserve the right to restrict or suspend access to protect our website, business and customers.
-
Product Information & Compatibility We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, specifications and images are accurate. However, packaging, colors and minor specifications may vary due to manufacturer revisions.
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that a product is compatible with their vehicle, existing hardware, or intended application before purchasing. If you are uncertain about compatibility, please contact us prior to checkout.
-
Vehicle Sound System Installation (Mandatory Condition) Vehicle sound systems and automotive electronic products require specialized electrical integration.
Certified Installation Required: In accordance with our distributor agreements, all automotive audio equipment (including amplifiers, subwoofers and head units) must be professionally installed by a registered, accredited fitment centre or qualified auto-electrician.
Voided Warranties: Damage or faults caused by DIY installation, incorrect wiring, impedance mismatches, or failure to follow manufacturer instructions are strictly excluded from warranty coverage. A valid tax invoice or job card from a certified installer and fitment center approval is required to process any vehicle sound system warranty claim.
-
Prices and Payment All prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR). We use Payflex, a secure third-party payment provider, to process all transactions (including card payments and Instant EFT).
Payment must be successfully received and cleared before an order is dispatched.
We do not store complete payment card details on our systems.
We reserve the right to delay or cancel an order if a payment is flagged as high-risk, fraudulent, or cannot be verified through 3D Secure.
-
Delivery We offer nationwide delivery across South Africa via our designated courier partners (e.g., The Courier Guy).
Delivery costs are calculated and displayed at checkout.
Delivery timeframes are estimates (typically 2–4 business days) and may be affected by factors outside our control, such as regional courier delays.
You are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address. Additional costs incurred due to incorrect address submissions may be billed to the customer.
-
Risk and Delivery The risk of loss and damage to products passes to you upon delivery. Customers should inspect delivered products immediately and notify us within 48 hours if an order appears damaged in transit, incorrect, or incomplete.
-
Returns, Refunds and Warranty Claims All returns, technical assessments and refunds are governed strictly by our Returns & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms of Service. Returns or exchanges need to follow the warranty. For vehicle audio products, fitment center approval is needed. Please note that refunds and exchanges can take between 15-30 days in total.
-
Manufacturer and Distributor Warranties (Electronics) Consumer electronics and hardware carry individual manufacturer warranties.
Warranty periods and coverage conditions vary by brand.
Technical Assessment: Defective electronic equipment cannot be instantly swapped or refunded. Claims require the unit to be returned via courier to the authorized distributor’s warehouse for technical bench testing to verify the fault before a repair, replacement, or refund is authorized.
-

You agree to indemnify us against reasonable losses or expenses arising directly from your unlawful use of our website, fraudulent activity, or material breach of these Terms. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for matters that cannot lawfully be excluded under the CPA.
-
Privacy and Electronic Communications Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA). By using our website or placing an order, you consent to receiving electronic communications relating to your transactions.
